Taylor Wessing advises car subscription start up FAAREN on seed financing round

The international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Munich partners Philip Cavaillès and Daniel Schrembs, advised the FAAREN car subscription company on all legal issues in connection with a seed financing round. The group of investors includes the Helvetia Venture Fund and the FlixBus founders (SEK Ventures GmbH).

FAAREN is Germany’s first car subscription marketplace and its innovative software solution enables companies in the automotive industry to launch car subscription offerings within hours. FAAREN provides software without having its own vehicle fleet, thus pursuing a capital-efficient asset-light business model.
