Taylor Wessing advises 3spin Learning on growth financing by TÜV NORD GROUP
Taylor Wessing, led by Munich partners Dr Philip Cavaillès and Dr Daniel Schrembs, has advised 3spin Learning GmbH & Co. KG ("3spin Learning"), a globally active education technology start-up specialising in virtual reality ("VR") and augmented reality ("AR") and programming immersive learning and training environments, on the growth financing by TÜV NORD GROUP.
With the growth financing of 3spin Learning, TÜV NORD GROUP is setting a new strategic focus in the field of extended reality (XR). Through internal know-how and the strategic involvement of the founders of 3spin Learning, an "XR Hub" is being built up and established as a centre of excellence. 3spin Learning and TÜV NORD GROUP are thus taking an important step towards the future.
