Taylor Wessing advises Emerald Technology Ventures on investment in Colibri Energy

Led by partners Peter Hellich and Daniel Schrembs, Taylor Wessing has advised Emerald Technology Ventures as lead investor in a growth financing round for Frankfurt-based battery company Colibri Energy GmbH.

With this investment, Emerald Technology Ventures supports the development and growth of Colibri Energy, a provider of lithium-ion battery systems for vehicles in airport and industrial logistics. The ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund and Nabtesco Technology Ventures also participated in the financing round. Colibri Energy is a leader in providing integrated monitoring software that extends battery life, enables remote maintenance and optimises fleet operations.
