vertical cloud solution GmbH, known in the market under the name Gastromatic, a leading SaaS provider of workforce management software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, has found a new partner in The Riverside Company. Taylor Wessing, led by Munich partner Dr Philip Cavaillès, advised the founders on the transaction, including their re-investment.
Gastromatic's software platform offers process and personnel management, including employee-related data, in particular to small and medium-sized companies in shift operations. The SaaS solution digitally depicts all work processes and, through this central steering, leads to more efficient processes and higher employee satisfaction. After the entry of The Riverside Company, the operational management will remain with the founders.
