The well-known Berlin-based venture capital fund Visionaries Club has led the Seed financing round of Hamburg-based secjur GmbH with a total volume of around 5.5 million euros. A team of the international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg-based partner Jens Wolf and Hamburg-based senior associate Philipp Hoegl, advised Visionaries Club on all legal issues in connection with secjur’s Seed financing round as part of the long-standing client relationship with Visionaries Club.
In addition to Visionaries Club, amongst others, Mario Götze and Nico Rosberg invested in secjur in the course of its Seed financing round.
