Cologne-based SoSafe GmbH has concluded a Series B financing round with a total volume of around 73 million US dollars. Based on the existing and longstanding client relationship, a team from the international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by partner Jens Wolf and senior associate Philipp Hoegl, advised SoSafe on all legal issues in connection with the Series B financing round.
Among the investors in the Series B financing round are the new investors Highland Europe, SAP-Hybris founder Carsten Thoma, La Famiglia and Christian Henschel as well as the existing investors Acton Capital and Global Founders Capital (GFC).
SoSafe trains and tests employees in dealing with cyber attacks in order to minimise the human risk factor in cyber attacks.
SoSafe intends to invest a large part of the funds raised in the Series B financing round in its own growth and internationalisation.
