Taylor Wessing advised BentallGreenOak on its new £240 million loan

We have advised property investor BentallGreenOak on its new £240 million logistics loan.

The loan, issued by Allianz, will be used to grow a 2.4m sq ft portfolio of logistic sites around the UK. BentallGreenOak will work with developer Equation Properties to build eight warehouses in Milton Keynes, Felixstowe, Basildon, Bristol and Wembley.

The team working on this deal includes Chris Turley, Georgina Watt and Poppy Coleman from the real estate team, Ed Manser, Louis Dewfall and Olivia Briggs from finance, Sam Cave-Browne-Cave from construction, Holly Grundon and Jo Bassett from planning.
