Taylor Wessing advises Centogene N.V. on its follow-on offering of primary shares from a capital increase and secondary shares

The Frankfurt corporate and capital markets team from Taylor Wessing, led by Frankfurt partner Ulrich Reers, advised Nasdaq-listed Centogene N.V., Rostock, in connection with a primary and secondary public offering of 3,500,000 common shares of the Company, consisting of 2,000,000 common shares offered by the Company and 1,500,000 common shares offered by selling shareholders for total gross proceeds to the Company of $28 million and total gross proceeds to the selling shareholders of $21 million. A registration statement relating to these securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on 9 July 2020. The offering closed on 14 July 2020.
