EMERAM Capital Partners, a Munich-based investment company focusing on high-growth medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries, has acquired a stake in ]init[ Aktiengesellschaft für digitale Kommunikation, a leading German provider of digital transformation services based in Berlin. Dirk Stocksmeier, CEO and founder of ]init[, remains Chief Executive Officer and a major stakeholder. The international law firm Taylor Wessing provided Stocksmeier and the remaining ]init[ shareholders with advice on all legal questions in connection with the transaction.
]init[ Aktiengesellschaft's scope of business includes the development and implementation of digitization strategies, the creation and operation of websites and portals, consulting services in the areas of IT strategy/IT security and the operation of data centres, cloud and IT managed services. The company employs more than 500 people worldwide. As well as its headquarters in Berlin, ]init[ has offices in Hamburg, Cologne, Mainz, Munich, Brussels and Delhi.
Dirk Stocksmeier, Chief Executive Officer of ]init[, sees ]init[ as an important driving force for the digitization of public administration and business: "We have made it our task to accompany our customers on their way to digitization and to enable them to actively use the opportunities of digital change.
