Legislative changes in labour law in an emergency situation

In connection with the approved amendment to the Labor Code and other employment-related regulations, various changes have been adopted in order to respond more flexibly to the negative economic situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic. In order to mitigate these negative impacts, the Government of the Slovak Republic also adopted the conditions of the project to support the maintenance of employment.
