Webinar
On June 4, the European Commission had published the draft for new standard contractual clauses for the cross-border transfer of personal data.
For the data protection-compliant transfer of personal data between data exporters from the EU/EEA and data importers located in so-called "third countries" outside the EU/EEA, the new standard contractual clauses were introduced by the European Commission last year. They differ greatly - both in structure and in their practical use - from their superseded predecessors. In particular, they already take into account the significantly increased requirements for data transfers resulting from the ECJ's Schrems II ruling.
Have the new standard contractual clauses for international data transfers proven themselves in practice? What is the position of the data protection supervisory authorities? Are there practical solutions for the TIA as the "core" of the standard contractual clauses? In our webinar, we will provide an initial overview of the requirements in practice and present our self-developed web-based legal tech solution for the TIA.
We look forward to your participation!
