She advises on contentious trust and estate matters with a focus on advising and representing trustees and high net worth individuals on a range of trust issues in litigation both in England & Wales and in offshore jurisdictions. Sacha also has civil fraud, asset tracing and recovery expertise and advises on disputes involving challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel and other equitable claims.
