Ed is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice group and advises UK and European banks, alternative lenders, HNWIs and borrowers on a wide array of banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, debt restructuring, and real estate investment and development finance.
At his previous firm, Ed also spent time on secondment at the firm's offices in Geneva.
