Alice is a senior associate in the Private Equity group.
She specialises in advising private equity houses, and their portfolio companies and management teams, on UK and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings across a range of industry sectors. Alice also advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
