Rosanne is a counsel (assigned civil-law notary) in the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets group and the head of the Dutch corporate services desk.
She advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law and, more in particular, she has considerable experience with mergers, demergers, joint ventures, establishing new corporate structures, reorganizations, management / employee participations, cooperative associations, corporate housekeeping and acquisitions.
Rosanne also has experience with real estate and can combine her knowledge with respect to real estate and corporate law in transactions.
