Advised a number of Hong Kong listed companies on their various post-listing regulatory and compliance work as well as corporate work. Chloe was also responsible for monitoring the Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance of over 100 listed companies, including all investment companies listed under Chapter 21 of the Listing Rules, at the time when she worked at The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
