Ina Schmidbauer

Ina specializes in regulatory advice in the healthcare sector. She advises medical care providers and investors in the outpatient sector on both medical professional and contract physician law and assists them in particular with the acquisition and establishment of medical care centers and medical practices and the regulatory licensing procedures.

Ina is an expert in regulatory compliance matters and supports clients in the development, design and regulatory implementation of innovative participation and cooperation models.

The focal points of her work are:

• advising on the establishment and licensing of MVZs,
• transactions in the healthcare sector, purchase and sale of medical practices
• regulatory compliance matters
• development and implementation of innovative participation and cooperation models between medical service providers
• design of physician employee incentive models

Ina Schmidbauer is a lecturer in health law at Aalen University, regularly gives lectures on health law topics and has contributed to the update of Beck'sches Formularbuch Medizin- und Gesundheitsrecht.
