Guillaume is a counsel in the Banking & Finance department in Paris.

Guillaume works with banks, funds, sponsors and borrowers in the context of structured finance transactions (leveraged finance, project finance and corporate finance). He also assists banking and financial sector professionals on the regulatory framework of their activities in France.

Guillaume joined the Taylor Wessing Banking & Finance team in 2020, after several work experiences in French law firms.
