Advised ING Bank N.V. as lender in connection with a €55 million facility to an ICAV managed by Irish Life. The facility was used to refinance existing facilities in respect of Fernbank PRS, a residential development in a prime location in South Dublin.
Advised Mail Metrics, a specialist in outsourced customer communications, on its leveraged acquisition of Adare SEC; simultaneously advised on the equity investment by MML and debt fundraising from AIB and Bank of Ireland.
Advised Sherweb, a leading global cloud solutions provider, on its acquisition of MicroWarehouse, a prominent player in the Irish cloud technology market.
Advised RIP.ie, Ireland’s leading online platform for death notices, on its sale to The Irish Times Group.
Advised the management team of Kyte Powertech, a leading manufacturer of distribution transformer solutions, on its sale to R&S Group, a leading provider of electrical infrastructure products headquartered in Switzerland.
Advised the shareholders of ATC, the renowned brand in energy efficiency, heating and related automated solutions headquartered in Dublin, on LED Group's acquisition of ATC. LED Group is a leading platform for energy transition solutions backed by Oaktree Capital Management.
Advised activist investor, Engine Capital, on its agreement with drinks company C&C.
Advised Corum Origin, a French real estate investment fund, on its acquisition of Mahon Retail Park from IPUT (Irish Times top 10 commercial property deal 2024).
Advised global investment firm, Investcorp, on the acquisition and financing by Capitalflow, of two retail parks from US investment group, Davidson Kempner.
Advised leading Irish investment and development partner, Elkstone (through its investment vehicle Geminiville Limited) on the sale of development lands in Barna just outside Galway.
