Paddy is a partner in our Corporate team and specialises in corporate finance law. Paddy advises companies and investors in public and private equity and debt fundraisings, initial public offerings and public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as in respect of cross-border transactions and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.
Paddy joined Taylor Wessing in 2022 having previously worked in the Dublin office of a multi-jurisdictional firm and prior to that the Dublin and London offices of a large Irish corporate law firm.
He has been ranked as "Highly Regarded" and as a "Leading Individual" and recommended by a number of directories, including Chambers Global, The Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.
