Taylor Wessing advises founders of Transform8 GmbH on the sale and re-investment in H&Z Unternehmensberatung, a portfolio company of EMZ Partners

Taylor Wessing, under the lead of Munich based partner Dr Philip Cavaillès, has advised the founders of Transform8, a renowned management and IT consultancy firm for business intelligence, data analytics and digital transformation, on the sale to H&Z Unternehmensberatung, a portfolio company of EMZ Partners, and on the re-investment of the founders.

H&Z Unternehmensberatung, a leading European consulting firm, has acquired Transform8 to strategically expand its expertise and market position. The acquisition is a first milestone in the ambitious growth phase planned for the coming years following the investment firm EMZ Partners joining H&Z at the end of 2023. All three companies, H&Z, Transform8 and EMZ Partners, are based in Munich.
