Adam is an associate in the corporate real estate and private capital team. He has experience across a range of domestic and international corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, strategic investments and constitutional structuring with respect to private companies, unit trusts, partnerships, and trading businesses.
