As an expert in Banking & finance law, Michał has gained 15 years of experience in international law firms. He represents Polish and international banks and their corporate borrowers with a focus on leveraged finance, financial restructuring, financing of real estate acquisition and development in Poland.
He has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, including the financing of major shopping centres, office buildings, logistics centres, student housing and hotels. Michał has made a name for himself being a speaker at numerous renowned events, including three annual conferences of the Loan Market Association in Warsaw.
