Taylor Wessing advised Avestus Real Estate on the refinancing of an office building in Łódź

Taylor Wessing provided legal advice to Avestus Real Estate on the refinancing of the Imagine office complex in Łódź. The value of the financing amounted to nearly EUR 24 million. The financing bank was mBank S.A. 

The transaction was led by Counsel Michał Kulig.

The Imagine complex in Łódź includes 2 office buildings and a multi-level car park. The complex offers 14,800 sq.m. of Class A office space and about 2,400 sq.m. of retail and service space.
