Katarzyna is a senior associate in the Corporate/M&A & capital markets team. She is experienced in advising national and international clients in all matters regarding M&A and also supports them in the foundation of legal entities, restructuring and liquidations. 

Katarzyna has participated in numerous multi-stage share sales transactions, real estate sales and acquisitions. She has also advised commercial clients on complex lease agreements.
