Nora Mommsen Stöblen is a member of the Competition, EU & Trade practice group. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. A particular focus of her practice is competition litigation. She is particularly involved in antitrust damages litigation and represents clients in complex class-action lawsuits. In addition, she advises companies, particularly in the areas of distribution antitrust law and cooperation among competitors.
