Taylor Wessing advised Euro Vital Pharma Group on refinancing

Euro Vital Pharma Group (“EVP Group”), a portfolio company of funds advised by capiton AG ("capiton"), successfully refinanced its existing financing. 

The international law firm Taylor Wessing led by its Frankfurt finance partner Ulf Gosejacob advised EVP-Group in connection with this refinancing. The pan-european mid-market debt fund Apera, together with Deutsche Bank AG and Hamburger Sparkasse, provided the financing, comprising a Unitranche loan in combination with super senior term loans and an RCF facility. The financing has been tailored to support EVP-Group’s further growth plans as well as the refinancing of recent acquisitions in Spain, the UK and Slovakia.
