Taylor Wessing Vienna advised the Körber Group and Werum IT Solutions GmbH on the acquisition of the operations of Exputec GmbH (Austria) and Exputec Kft. This is already the second deal within only a few weeks in the pharmaceutical sector - an area on which Taylor Wessing has an international strategic focus. The acquisition was completed with effect as of 28 May 2020.

A Taylor Wessing ügyvédi iroda adott tanácsot a Körber cégcsoportnak és ezen belül a Werum IT Solutions GmbH-nak az ausztriai Exputec GmbH és a magyar Exputec Kft. felvásárlásában. A 2020. május 28-án lezárult akvizíció néhány héten belül a második gyógyszeripari tranzakció, ami a Taylor Wessing közreműködésével jött létre.
