What to look out for in UK employment law in 2022

Paul Callaghan, Joe Aiston, Alex Clarke, Millie Kempley and Ruth Moffett from our Employment, Pensions and Mobility team presented a webinar on the upcoming developments in the UK for employment law in 2022. 

With COVID-19 restrictions being lifted, Millie and Joe looked at the return to the workplace including health and safety considerations, new working safely guidance, mask policies and the potential of a four day working week. Alex summarised  the main changes that will be implemented when the Bill comes into law and Ruth discusses three important cases in relation the areas of transgender rights, changing terms and conditions and holiday pay.
