Farhan is an Associate in our Real Estate team in Dubai, advising on a range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, de-enveloping, gift and/or granted transfers. He has significant experience dealing with the Dubai Land Department, acting on numerous transactions and ensuring successful completion of the property transfer for all types of investors including High Net Worth Individuals, family offices and corporates.
Farhan also advises on landlord and tenant matters, issues of inheritance and succession and general corporate matters, including structuring advice on the establishment of entities related to owning real estate assets in the UAE, as well as advising on liquidations and deregistration of entities in both mainland and the free zones.
