Kirsten is a counsel (candidate civil-law notary) in our Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets team.
She advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law. In particular, she has considerable experience with mergers, demergers, joint ventures, establishing new corporate structures, reorganisations, management/employee participations, cooperative associations, corporate housekeeping and acquisitions.
