Torben Heuser
Torben is part of Taylor Wessing's white collar criminal law team. His responsibilities include providing legal support to clients at all stages of criminal proceedings as well as so-called criminal legal due diligence. As a certified compliance officer, he evaluates compliance management systems, particularly from a criminal law perspective. In doing so he works in an interdisciplinary and cross-divisional manner with a special focus on capital market criminal law.
