Torben is part of Taylor Wessing's white collar criminal law team, which was first established in 2022. In addition to providing legal support to clients at all stages of criminal proceedings his responsibilities include so-called criminal legal due diligence and compliance management from a criminal law perspective. In doing so he works in an interdisciplinary and cross-divisional manner with a special focus on capital market criminal law.
