With over 30 years of experience, Rob Hendriks brings a rare combination of deep sector knowledge and deal-making expertise. Rob advises funds and asset managers on structured transactions and development projects across Europe, particularly in the real estate, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. At his previous firm, Simmons & Simmons, he led the Corporate Commercial pracitice group in the Netherlands, the Corporate Real Estate & Projects M&A practice and co-headed its cross-border real estate transactions group. Michiel Boer brings over a decade of hands-on experience in corporate M&A, real estate, and energy & infrastructure transactions.
