Led by Munich-based partner Sven Schweneke, Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to the PE fund Sophora Capital Unternehmer-Fonds I GmbH & Co. KG on the acquisition of Data-Sec GmbH. Sophora Capital Unternehmer-Fonds I is advised by Sophora Unternehmerkapital and Data-Sec is a provider of incident response, managed detection and the implementation of security solutions with a special focus on regulated areas.
