Taylor Wessing advises UBM Development on the sale of Galeria Szperk in Poland
Taylor Wessing advised UBM Development, one of Europe’s leading developers of green and smart building projects, on the sale of its asset in Poland. The EUR 18 million transaction involved Galeria Szperk shopping centre in Kosakowo (Gdynia), which houses 57 well-known chains, national and local brands, including attractive retail and service outlets.
The transaction was handled by Counsel Jan Adamus, assisted by Associate Hubert Witkowski. Partner Zbigniew Korba provided a strategic supervision of the project.
UBM Development continues to lead the way in sustainable timber construction and urban development. Recognised for its commitment to sustainability, UBM holds Platinum Status from EcoVadis and Prime Status from ISS ESG.

Transakcja o wartości 18 milionów euro dotyczyła centrum handlowego Galeria Szperk w Kosakowie (Gdynia), w którym znajduje się 57 znanych sieci, marki krajowe, a także atrakcyjne punkty handlowe i usługowe.
Transakcję prowadził Counsel Jan Adamus, wspierany przez Associate Huberta Witkowskiego. Partner Zbigniew Korba sprawował strategiczny nadzór nad projektem.
