Advising on Web3 marketing platform Zebu Digital's sale to Flight Story

We have advised Zebu Digital, an award-winning marketing firm driven to make Web3 brands matter, on its acquisition by Flight Story, a digital communications company co-founded by Dragons’ Den star Steven Bartlett.

Co-founded by Steven Bartlett and Oliver Yonchev, Flight Story is a marketing and communications company that helps brands take advantage of new opportunities through a range of strategy, content communication and media services. With the acquisition of Zebu Digital, the firm takes the next steps to strengthen its services in Web3, AI, VR and emerging technology spaces.

Founded in 2021 by Harry and Jolyon Horsfall and Henry Hankin, Zebu Digital was built to accelerate Web3 and innovation projects in an era where the digital world is going through a period of disruption and blockchain is growing at rapid pace.

Zebu Digital will become Flight Story's new marketing arm, Flight3. It will focus on providing Web3-focused community growth, influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, brand design and animation, PR and live events. The brand’s Web3 conference, Zebu Live, will remain as a core part of the Flight3 offering.
