Announcing our new corporate partner hire in Hong Kong

Our Hong Kong office is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Wee as a partner, who joins the firm on 1 August 2022. 

Jeffrey spent most of his legal career at Winston & Strawn and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. With a dual degree in law and accounting, Jeffrey also worked at two prominent investment and capital management companies during earlier his career.

Jeffrey focuses his practice on corporate finance and capital markets as well as regulatory and compliance matters for Hong Kong-listed companies. He regularly advises international, local Hong Kong and mainland Chinese clients on their listing and post-listing matters.
