Charlotte Garnitsch returns to Taylor Wessing and is appointed partner
On 1 April 2022 Charlotte Garnitsch will return to Taylor Wessing and will be appointed partner in the Intellectual Property team. Charlotte is an experienced litigator who specializes in patent disputes. She is an expert in cross-border jurisdiction and damages in IP cases and represents and counsels both national and international businesses, a.o. with respect to life sciences, industrial design and retail.
Taylor Wessing is market leader in IP in a broad range of areas, in particular life sciences, mechanical and electronic technology, telecommunication, consumer goods, fashion and media. The national and international growth the team has achieved in the past few years has led to laudatory testimonials and (rising) rankings in Legal 500, Chambers, IP STARS and others. Earlier this year Eelco Bergsma was also appointed partner in the team.

Charlotte Garnitsch terug bij Taylor Wessing en benoemd als partner
Per 1 april keert Charlotte Garnitsch terug bij Taylor Wessing en wordt zij benoemd als partner in het team Intellectual Property. Charlotte is een ervaren procesadvocaat, gespecialiseerd in octrooirechtelijke geschillen. Ze is een expert in grensoverschrijdende bevoegdheid en schadevergoeding in IE zaken en vertegenwoordigt en adviseert zowel nationale als internationale bedrijven, onder meer op het gebied van life sciences, industrieel design en retail.
Taylor Wessing is marktleider op het gebied van Intellectueel Eigendom in een breed spectrum van sectoren, met name in life sciences, mechanische en elektronische technologie, telecom, consumentengoederen, mode en media. De nationale en internationale groei die het team de laatste jaren heeft doorgemaakt heeft zich geuit in lovende testimonials en (stijgende) rankings van onder meer Legal 500, Chambers en IP STARS.
