We acted for MetLife Investment Management in relation to an €88 million loan facility to a group of Dutch and Delaware borrowing entities managed by Time Equites Inc., secured against a portfolio of 36 assets in the Netherlands.
This is the latest in a number of lending transactions secured against Dutch real estate that our international real estate team has acted on for MetLife Investment Management, including the financing of the acquisition of the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven last year.
