The international law firm Taylor Wessing advised the Berlin-based legal tech company and long-standing client BRYTER GmbH with a core team consisting of Dr. Jens Wolf and Philipp Hoegl on all legal issues in connection with its Series B financing round with a volume of 55 million euros. The Series B financing round was lead by the new investor Tiger Global. Among others, the existing investors Accel, Dawn Capital, Notion and Cavalry Ventures also participated in the Series B financing round.
BRYTER was founded in 2018 and offers a software platform that enables companies to create automated applications without programming knowledge. For example, with its software time-consuming and personnel-intensive processes such as compliance checks or contract drafting can be automated and thus carried out significantly faster and more cost-effectively. These so-called LegalTech applications are of particular interest to law firms, legal departments and the administration. Taylor Wessing is also one of BRYTER's customers.
With the capital from the Series B financing round, BRYTER intends to further drive its international growth, especially in the USA.
