We have advised Bloomreach, the world’s leading customer data and experience platform, backed by a $150 million investment from Sixth Street Growth, on its acquisition of Exponea.
Exponea is a bespoke customer data platform and marketing automation provider. The acquisition and synergies arising out of the combination of both companies’ unrivalled expertise in e-commerce, data platform and marketing automation allow the creation of the first ever truly integrated product and customer data set.
This transaction drew on the expertise of the firm’s international corporate/M&A, information technology and employment teams as well as on the support by Taylor Wessing’s Silicon Valley office and its alliance with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, fostering a thriving cooperation of both firms in particular in technology-driven corporate transactions.
