We have advised long-standing client Rutland Partners on its investment into JSM Group.
JSM is a market leading infrastructure services provider to the UK’s critical digital communications and power sectors. The company has a strong presence within Greater London and the South East, targeting large and growing end-markets fuelled by the significant need for infrastructure expansion, upgrade and maintenance.
JSM represents the 10th investment from Rutland Fund III.
Commenting on the deal, Private Equity Partner Ed Waldron said: "We have built a strong relationship with Rutland Partners over the years and working with them on what will no doubt prove to be a transformative investment is another great example of the success of this relationship. This deal allowed us to display the breadth of expertise we have across our firm for a long-standing and valued client."
David Wardrop, Partner at Rutland, said: "We believe that with Rutland’s support, JSM can implement its strategic plan and build on its market leading position in critical infrastructure markets. As ever, we enjoyed working with Ed and his wider team throughout this transaction."
