We have advised Tivoli Group on its acquisition of Sodexo Horticultural Services. Completion is set for 31 January 2020.
Tivoli Group is an independent grounds maintenance specialist, with a national presence across the UK.
This transaction drew on the expertise offered by the firm’s private equity, banking & finance, employment, real estate, pensions, and tax teams.
