We have advised London-based real-time web technologies company Pusher on its USD$35 million acquisition by omnichannel cloud communications platform MessageBird.
Pusher helps developers build real-time features into their websites and apps, and has customers including GitHub, Mailchimp, CodeShip and the Financial Times.
MessageBird uses communication APIs to connect over 15,000 global companies to their customers on billions of devices around the world.
