Ann has advised national and international clients on their incentive and global share plans for 30 years. She specialises on the tax aspects of equity structuring in relation to management, and on non-UK companies using equity incentives for their UK employees.
Anna specialises in employee incentives and regularly advises clients from the technology sector. She supports international groups on their share plans, and has experience advising clients during takeovers, mergers and acquisitions.
Commenting on the announcement, Ann Casey, partner and head of the Incentives team said: "The past few months have been challenging, and we have proved that having flexible and technically excellent guidance, is now more vital than ever. I am proud to be recognised by the leading names of the UK and international market."
Partner Anna Humphrey added: "Our team delivers innovative tax and incentives advice in the life sciences, technology, private wealth, real estate and finance sectors. Being recognised in the 2021 guide is a testament to that wide expertise, both in the UK and internationally."
