Successfully advising Holidaycheck Group AG in multimillion deal
We have successfully advised German listed travel company Holidaycheck Group AG on its sale of Meteovista to Infoplaza.
Due to the complex multidisciplinary aspects involved, specialists from across our corporate and M&A, employment, data protection and IT teams advised on this multimillion EUR transaction, highlighting the breadth and depth of expertise we can provide.
