We have advised on the sale of Rutland’s renowned Barnsdale Hall Hotel on behalf of trustees for a guide price of £10m.
The historic hotel, which was first constructed in 1890 as the hunting lodge of the 6th Earl Fitzwilliam, is set in 55 acres and was previously owned by Derek Penman, chairman of the Penman Group.
