Industry group publishes guidance for crypto travel rule compliance

Today, the CryptoUK Travel Rule Working Group published a Travel Rule Good Practice Guide.

• is prepared for cryptoasset businesses and digital asset industry participants to understand the crypto travel rule and how it applies in the United Kingdom; and

• contains practical insights to address challenges across areas including counterparty cryptoasset business due diligence, withdrawal and deposit flows, and unhosted wallets.

Our very own associate, Shaanil Senarath-Dassanayake, is an active participant of the CryptoUK Travel Rule Working Group and contributed to the guide.
