IP: Licensing and insolvency

The COVID-19 crisis has pushed intellectual property holders and implementers into a distressed situation. In this webinar, we explore what happens if a party to an IP licence becomes insolvent, and discuss practical tips for the non-insolvent party to protect its position.

We consider the position in the key licensing territories of the UK, Germany and Benelux. We also look at what happens when the licensor and licensee are in different countries, given the importance of cross-border IP licensing in the tech and life science sectors.
