Why place the arts at the centre of our responsible business strategy?
Creative thinking is at the heart of our culture and we see art as an important instrument of change. Our partnerships with art galleries and charities, such as the National Portrait Gallery, the Tate Liverpool and the Roundhouse, play a central role in helping us to broaden our horizons by encouraging analytical thinking and understanding of different perspectives.
The Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize is at the heart of the firm's culture. We like to think that it reflects the creativity that we bring to legal services. We enjoy working as a team with the National Portrait Gallery to create a platform that allows talented artists to flourish.
Our partnership with the National Portrait Gallery
As part of our partnership with the NPG, all Taylor Wessing employees have free admission to all exhibitions at the National Portrait Gallery throughout the year. We also organise curated tours for colleagues and clients for the Taylor Wessing National Portrait Gallery Photography Prize. We have an active Taylor Wessing Arts Society which brings the arts further into our workplace through our programme of lunchtime talks, exhibition tours, theatre trips and other creative workshops in our workplace.
We’re able to offer all our employees a discount on the National Art Pass which gives free access to 240 museums, galleries and historic places, along with 50% off entry to major exhibitions, including those at Tate, V&A and National Museum of Scotland.
